I can't see my course anymore!

Access to the courses usually expires a year from the date of payment. If you are no longer able to see your course, it means that your access has expired. Please check your date of payment to make sure that your payment is indeed beyond 12 months. 

If you want to access the course again, you will need to purchase the latest version of the course instead. 

However, if your payment is still within 12 months, please submit a support ticket for this issue so that we can investigate what is happening with your account.

Hindi ko na makita yung kurso ko!

Ang access sa mga kurso ay karaniwang hanggang isang taon lamang mula araw ng pagbabayad. Kung hindi ninyo na nakikita ang inyong kurso, maaaring lumipas na ang isang taon sa inyong kurso. I-check ang petsa ng inyong bayad at siguraduhing ito’y lagpas na ng 12 buwan. 

Kung gusto ninyong magkarooon ng access muli sa inyong kurso, kinakailangan ninyong bumili muli ng pinakabagong kurso. 

Kung sakaling ang kabayaran ninyo ay wala pang 12 buwan, mag-sumite ng ticket sa aming system upang maimbestigahan ito ng aming mga espesyalista.
