Recommended System Requirements

  • For the best experience using AML.certified— including smooth access to video content, interactive modules, and real-time tracking — we recommend the following internet connection guidelines:

    • A broadband connection of at least 256 Kbps is recommended. This includes:
      • USB wireless modems
      • ADSL
      • T1/T2 lines
      • Fibre optic (wired or wireless)
      • Cable internet
    • While the platform can operate at lower speeds, dial-up connections are not recommended, particularly for accessing multimedia content such as the AML course.
    • On mobile devices, a fast and stable connection significantly improves usability. We recommend:
      • 4G/LTE, 5G, or Wi-Fi 6 / 6E / Wi-Fi 7 networks for optimal performance
      • Avoiding high-latency or low-signal environments where possible (e.g. public hotspots or congested mobile data zones)

The system is designed to optimize content delivery where possible, but slower internet connections may impact video playback quality, upload/download times, and overall responsiveness — especially in mobile-only environments.

AML.certified is accessible on desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones, with full functionality available through any modern web browser, including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Opera.

The system automatically adapts to different screen sizes, ensuring a responsive and consistent user experience across all devices. This includes support for touch-screen interfaces and accessibility features built into mobile platforms.

No mobile app is required — users can securely access the platform via their device’s web browser for seamless learning and administration on the go.

We recommend a modern web browser compatible with these systems.

We do not provide support for browser technologies that are older than the recommended version.

We recommend that the following be enabled:
  • Cookies
  • Pop-ups (in both Internet browser and security software)
We recommend that you use the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.

To view all the resources uploaded on the course, you will probably need to have Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or an equivalent (e.g., Open Office, Viewer) installed.

With all firewalls, ensure that you enable uploading of files.
